Kevin McCarron

Born overseas into a Military family, Kevin was raised in Tampa. He attended Tampa Catholic High School before graduating with a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. Married for 30 years to Christine, he is a devoted father of two sons, Brendan, 26, graduates from Physicians Asst. program in August ’18 and is engaged to be married this November. And Shane, 23, is currently pursuing a graduate degree from UCF. McCarron continues to be a pillar in the community, currently the Head Varsity Soccer Coach at Tampa Catholic as well as previously being a staff coach at Tampa Bay United Soccer club in addition serving on various boards. Some of McCarron’s other hobbies include saltwater fishing, biking and cooking.

Professionally McCarron has been in the Sales Industry for over 35 years in the Bay Area, to include a very successful Career with Met Life. For a period of 12 years, he was the owner/operator of Bay Area Indoor Soccer a full-service soccer facility in North Tampa. Over the last 10 years has since pursued a career in real estate with experience in commercial and tenant representation at CLW Real Estate before making the switch to Cushman & Wakefield as their Director of Corporate Leasing. More recently, McCarron has joined the team at Schleicher Select Properties, where he has flourished, connecting buyers and sellers together, to ultimately close the deal.
